In order a Christmas box for my 4 children. With no communication from there end from the get go it began disappointing I had to message them Numerous times to find out where my box was, I order late October and it still arrived after the 1st of December. It arrived in very poor condition, chips in the wood markings in the painted Santa and the handle to open the box already falling off. I contacted the store with photos, they stated they would send another one and was very apologetic and helpful, which was great as this one didn’t even last a week and half before the kids couldn’t open it. Again no communication until I messaged to see where it was, it arrived we pulled the lid off and have never been able to get it back on, it is fully bowed and unable to and fit in the slot for the lid.you can see a nails on the back of the box. I again contacted the store who said I should try shave it all down. I had advised that wasn’t helping and wasn’t the issue that the actual wood was bowed,they were great about it and advised they would be issuing a full refund which was great so I could buy the kids another one. 13 days later and still no refund and again no communication.
I love supporting small businesses and was going to be ordering a further 4 kids keepsake boxes and Easter box from them but with all of the above I will not be using this store again and unfortunately would not recommend them to anybody.
